Description
Grauburgunder (pinot gris) from young vines grown in sandy loess soils. Aged for just 6 months on the lees, the wines are able to find a natural stability and genuine expression of itself before bottling. With as little intervention as possible in both the vines and the winery, the Grauburgunder achieves a delightful version of itself in this Pfalz terroir - tropical and floral notes are evoked up front with a mineral-driven backbone.
