FAQ – Press Shop

We’re still in it, y’all. Press Shop is following all COVID-19 protocols and guidelines because we’re serious about our mission to keep employees and customers safe. We ask that you wear a mask covering your nose and mouth when shopping in our store. If you don’t have a mask, we can provide you with one at the door.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS: We are offering FREE IN PERSON PICKUP for those of you in the Atlanta area who can come to our store. We will email you after you place an order and schedule a mutually ideal time for pickup.

FOR BOOKS ONLY:  choose Media Mail as your preferred shipping method. This is a discounted rate from USPS that runs at normal ground speed and includes a tracking number. Prices range from $4 (1 book) to $15 (a whole stack of books).

FOR EVERYTHING ELSE:  You can choose different priority UPS shipping speeds at checkout.

We want you to be happy—like, in love—with your purchase. If something you bought (or was purchased for you as a gift) doesn’t fit, just send an email to hello@pressshopatl.com describing your issue and we will work on an exchange. If something is wrong with your purchase, we can discuss an exchange or refund. After a product has been used (for apparel, this means washed or worn beyond just “trying on”), we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Thanks for understanding.

Yup. Press Shop owner Ashley Buzzy used to have a location for her calligraphy + letterpress business in the Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta. Now we’re open in Summerhill with a newly built-out space to offer gifts, books, plants, art, jewelry, customizable apparel, wine—so much good stuff. And we still do custom letterpress printing, all right here in the shop. Come by and say hi!
