Winemaker Ian Brand ferments this Pinot Gris on its skins for 5 days and they follow that with a few months of aging on the lees. The wine is a pretty salmon-y orange color and has elegant structure balanced by restrained stone fruit notes and very fun minerality. This is an orange wine for grown ups!
