Description
A Rosé wine produced from a bloodletting of two important vineyards. The contact with the skins is about a day, so that it can ferment with its own yeasts. This wine is aged in cement tanks, unclarified and unfiltered.
The nose releases red fruits (raspberries and ripe strawberries) and sweet spices, the mouth is fresh with a slight earthy undertone and a nice final tannin. A real partner to pizza, tomato base dishes, charcuterie with mozzarella di bufala and burgers.
