Lambrusco is sparkling red wine, and for years, it had a terrible reputation for being syrupy sweet. You’ll find none of that in this wine. Denny Beni is dark, but completely dry. It drinks like a tart cherry soda without the sugar. It’s generally food friendly, but pairs specifically well with salty, flavorful food like pepperoni pizza, Korean BBQ and mushroom risotto.
