Description
We are really excited to have Fanny Sabre's wines in Atlanta. The average age of vines is 40-50 years and the grapes are hand-harvested. Whole bunch maceration happens stainless steel vats for 4 to 5 days and after fermentation is complete, this wine is aged .
This aligote is full of personality - bright acidity and really fun rocky minerals on the palate. Also a little bit of asian pear on the finish. Limited availability !
