Deep Loess soils and chalky clay soil are the base for our Grüner Veltliner. With the slopes and the plateaus on our gentle hills, we receive perfect balance between ripeness and acidity for this natural Grüner Veltliner. In the nose, you get notes from crushed apples and pears with herbal nuances. On the palate, there is a lot of spiciness, structure and a refreshing mineral acidity. For us, this is the natural beauty of Grüner Veltliner at its finest.
