Description
Sparkling perry (cider made from pears) produced by Didier Lemorton at La Baillée Fétu in Mantilly, in the Domfrontais appellation of Normandy. Made from 100% Plant de Blanc pears fermented partially on the lees. Bright and refreshing sans the farmhouse funk found in some expressions, fresh pear and light citrus make for effortless enjoyment.
