2021 was an especially good vintage across the board, and The Augur is no exception. This dry Riesling is one of the most food-friendly wines Brix makes. It's zesty, zippy and can pair with everything from sushi to sausages and choucroute (or Raclette, yum)! Drinking really well now, but will age for years.
This Riesling is barrel fermented. While not unheard of, that is unique for this style of wine. The barrel adds texture to the wine while balancing Riesling's signature acid lasers. It's bright! But it's chill.
