This is classic Pinot Noir, it is a very soft introduction to one of the world’s most austere grape varieties. Flavours of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant coupled with freshness and structure on the palate and a twist of tannin on the finish. This wine is from an area next door to Savigny-Les-Beaune, Chorey-Les-Beaune and Aloxe-Corton.
