Julien sources the Grenache Blanc and Bourbourlenc for this blend from orangic vignerons in the Southern Rhone. The wine is direct pressed (no skin contact) and spontaneously fermented in fiberglass and stainless steel tanks.
The wine smells like candied fruit and tastes a little like yogurt and pastry.
