Fruit sourced from the Finca Maggio vineyard, located in Barreal, Calingasta Valley, San Juan at 4,920 feet above sea level. Planted in 1950 on alluvial soils. 30% whole cluster fermentation, indigenous yeast for 20 days. Aged for 8 months in concrete eggs. Unfiltered and unfined.
